• CV Tailoring: Utilizing AI (Google Gemini) to rewrite your CV/resume based on specific job descriptions.
• Cover Letter Generation: Creating professional cover letters that match your tailored CV and the job requirements.
• Application Tracking: A web dashboard for saving and managing job application states (Kanban board).
• Data Storage: Secure storage of your master CV and application details.

3. User Obligations

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you input, including your CV and job descriptions. The quality of the AI output depends directly on the quality of your input.
• AI Output Responsibility: The content generated by ApplyWise is for assistance only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all generated CVs and cover letters before submitting them to third parties. ApplyWise makes no guarantee regarding job placement or application success.
• Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials and features on the Service (including the software, design, text, and graphics) are the property of ApplyWise and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the data (your CV, job applications, notes) you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant ApplyWise a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service (e.g., sending data to the Gemini API for generation).

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ApplyWise expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ApplyWise will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
